How We Approach Care
Understand
Collaborate
FFITT stands for Functional Fitness Integrative Therapeutic Training.
The name reflects how we think about movement health. Function, fitness, and therapy are not separate silos. They are interconnected and most meaningful when integrated thoughtfully.
Our work bridges recovery and progression, helping people move well not just in the clinic, but in the activities that matter most in their lives.
FAQs

Care begins with an in person evaluation where we listen, assess how you move, and establish a clear plan forward. In many cases, care begins during this first session.
Physical therapy services may be covered by insurance depending on your plan. We are in network with select insurance providers and work out of network with others. Self pay options are also available. For anyone planning to use insurance, we verify benefits and help clarify coverage and payment expectations before or early in care.
The 3D Run Assessment is a self pay service and is not billed to insurance.
